Photo-“Guesstimates” – A best guess estimate based on an email submission of a comprehensive set of digital photos, accompanied by a descriptive text. A “Guesstimate” provides you with a range cost only, not a firm quotation. This approach is especially helpful to those who have never contracted for restoration or refinishing services in the past.

Firm Quotations – A fixed price job that is based on an on-site inspection, and a fair assessment of labor, materials, and transportation costs associated with the job.  Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Insurance Claims - $75 fee due at the time of the written quotation. This fee is always refunded to the claimant by the insurance company as part of their final settlement. Considering this, your estimate is free to you. This policy eliminates the waste of our valuable time preparing detailed estimates for jobs that, 95% of the time, will not be awarded by the claimant. We prefer to spend our time being productive in the shop.

A 10% per month, storage surcharge will be applied to the total cost of the job if the work is not taken possession of within 30 days of its completion.

Long term storage arrangements may be made in advance for special circumstances. We will do our best to meet your specific needs if you identify them prior to contracting our services.

The days of free pick-up and delivery are long gone in the service industries.  Ever increasing overhead costs associated with fuel, insurance and vehicle maintenance put a stop to these years ago. The few shops that still advertise Free Pick-up & Delivery bury the transportation costs in the labor estimate.
